Business Description

Sally is a motivated Hatha and Yin Yoga Instructor. She loves the self absorbed nature of practicing yoga and the calm focus that comes with it.

Sally currently holds a E-RYT 200 certification and she has plans to continue studying in Ayurveda, the Psychology and Philosophy of yoga. In the next twelve months she will achieve her Y12SR certificate to mold the 12 step recovery program among many other continuing education certificates. Sally's goal is to reach out to the general public as well as the under-served population and for those with a chronic illness with supportive guidance and growth through yoga as she proceeds to grow in her career.

After 15+ years of dedicating her career to affordable housing, Sally has now employed yoga to improve her current battle of Liver Cancer and her own self-therapy to improve herself, her family and others that may need attention.
