The idea for row 10 sprang from a desire to introduce modern baby style
to the South. Katie Miller, owner of Arco Avenue, has been a lifelong lover of fashion. That didn't change when she became a mother. But finding baby clothing that was unique and modern in local stores proved difficult. Always up to a shopping task, Katie scoured markets for baby clothing that suited her style. Her eye for fashion carried over to her newborn daughter's wardrobe. People noticed and asked for more. With impressive social media sales, Katie realized that the South was taking baby style more seriously, and in 2015 rOw^10 was born. The name is derived from Katie's daughter's name, Rowan, and the month that she was born, October. We hope that you enjoy shopping for pieces that are as unique as your little one.
