Business Description

Rolling Robots, located in Rolling Hills Estates, CA, is the perfect place for kids to learn and have fun through robotics, coding, and STEM. The summer camps offered by Rolling Robots are designed to provide children with a completely hands-on experience, where they can build robots, code robots, and learn STEM skills ranging from 3D Printing Design to APP Development to Unity Game Design.

The summer camps are flexible and offer options for children starting as young as 5 years old. The camp runs from 1.5 hours per day to a full-day option (9am to 4pm) with the extended-day option to 6 pm. In-person at Glendale location and online camps are offered.

In addition to the summer camps, Rolling Robots is the home of world-class VEX Robotics Competition Teams. With 10 teams qualified for the 2021 VEX World Championship, students from Grade 4 to Grade 10 can join the competition teams as early as June. The afterschool in-person membership program is designed to provide students with a completely hands-on experience. Students build life skills in robotics, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Rolling Robots was founded by husband and wife team George Kirkman and Bing Jiang, two long-time aerospace engineers, who decided to open their own business. The parents of two, they developed their business model around their three passions: kids, technology, and teaching. Today, Rolling Robots is defined by its founders' three passions.

Rolling Robots offers robot-building workshops (birthday parties) to groups less than 10 on-site. The business is currently open in Rolling Hills Estates, CA.
