Rebecca, E- RYT500, RTT, YACEP is a certified yoga instructor, Thai Bodywork Therapist, Certified TRE Facilitator, and ordained minister.

She has been dedicated to being of service to others for over 30 years, working in the addictions field as a licensed counselor and as an economic development consultant overseas.

Rebecca started practicing yoga in 2005 after several major injuries to her back. She trained underneath the tutelage of Mary Beth Nehls, Beryl Bender Birch and David Oliver. She also studied 18 months of vedic chant and sanskrit with Cheryl Hall and Nial Mandall.

Rebecca began her Traditional Thai Bodywork in 2006 and completed advanced training to complete over 300 hours of certified courses and ancillary courses in trigger point/acupressure therapy, myofascial release, and reiki.
