Business Description

I retired in October, 2017 after 30+ years as a Naval Officer and Civilian Employee of the Veterans Administration. As I approached retirement, my wife and I looked forward to spending more time with and being involved in the lives of our children and grandchildren. A year before I retired, we tried to rent a big van to go on vacation to California with our son, daughter, and their families. I had a reservation and confirmation number from one of the big rental car companies but when I went to pick it up, all I got was an appology that my van was not available. I couldn't believe it! We ended taking the trip in two very full anf very cramped SUV's. Although it was a memorable trip, it could have been much more enjoyable had we been able to all go in one vehicle as we had planned.

The following year (last year), anticipating a similar experience, I bought a van for a trip to Yellowstone, and that was the genisis of Rabbit Rentals!
