Graduating from Kamiak High School in 2007, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Fitness & Wellness Management from Campbell University in 2011.
He comes from a very athletic background having played both college football & track at the D-1 level; receiving multiple all conference awards, & passing several school records.
Immediately after graduating, he obtained his Personal Training Certification with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), along with a Group Instruction Certification through TRX. He began training group classes & clients down in Seattle for several years before starting with Quality Fitness in 2013.
Along with Personal & Group Training, Dave coached High School Football at Kamiak High School from 2011-2016, until business ownership shifted his focus.
Dave has always had a passion for training & assisting others to surpass their own health & fitness goals. His training style focuses on balance in all aspects of life; physical, mental, & social.
