Business Description

Drea has been teaching Pilates since 2006, when she completed her Comprehensive Teacher Training with Body Arts and Sciences International, under master trainer Rael Isacowitz. She holds an additional certification on Pre-Natal and Post Partum Pilates through the Center for Women's Fitness, under Carolyn Anthony. She has taught throughout San Diego, Newport Beach and Los Angeles to clients of all ages and body types. Drea has extensive Pilates experience working as a Physical Therapy aide, furthering her knowledge on working safely and rehabbing injuries.

Drea is a detailed instructor and works tenaciously with her clients to find the special mind-body connection that makes Pilates unique from other strengthening regimens. She is always exploring new methods of sharing Pilates with her clients and believes that there is always more to learn and discover in this ever evolving practice. Drea is happy to share her passion for Pilates with clients of all ages and levels of fitness.
