Business Description
Ginger Hedrick, owner of Pilates of West County, has taught Pilates for the last 13 years. After over 700 hours of training, Ginger received her certification from Romana's Pilates in 2000. She continues to attend classes, workshops and conferences in order to bring her clients the finest instruction possible. In 2008, Ginger was selected by Romana Kryzanowska, Sari Santo Pace and Daria Pace, all leaders of Romana's Pilates, to also be an instructor trainer for the worldwide organization and carry on the high standards of training. Romana's Pilates offers the most comprehensive and respected training program available. Ginger has a 25-year background as a professional ballet dancer and teacher. She performed both nationally and internationally during her dance career. Ginger's attention to detail and understanding of how movement and bodies work gives her great insight for teaching Pilates. She thoroughly enjoys helping her clients continue to discover all that Pilates has to offer!
