Business Description

Amanda Torres passion for Pilates began after the birth of her second daughter. She was amazed to see how this form of movement changed her post natal body back to normal in a short 20 sessions. Amanda began her Pilates Certification journey in September 2012, traveling between Romana's Pilates Studio's around the MidWest. She completed her final Advanced testing in June 2015 with Romana's Pilates International, becoming a Romana's Pilates Level 5 Instructor.

As a certified Barre instructor since 2013, she has been able to incorporate her Pilates alignment and body awareness into all all her classes promoting the benefits of all forms of movement to her clients. Amanda enjoys working with a variety of clients ranging from those suffering from chronic pain to professional athletes, dancers, children. She believes that proper movement in all aspects of life keep your mind sound and your body healthy.
