Business Description

Amy is the owner of the studio and has almost 30 years experience in the fitness industry. She began teaching dance and aerobics when she was 14 years old and has always loved moving her body. A dance injury introduced her to Pilates. After college, she delved deeper into the Pilates method and became classically certified. She has taught all over the county for Eastern State College, The City of Cocoa, for other Pilate's studios and in a gym setting, as well as private training in clients homes. In 2009, she opened Pilates Center of Viera. The studio is her pride and joy. PCoV was among the first to introduce TRX Suspension Training and the only studio in town that offers POUND classes. She strives to stay on the cutting edge of fitness, with Pilates being the foundation of it all. A recent auto-immune diagnosis only reaffirmed how important it is to her to stay strong in body and mind. Her absolute favorite part of owning a studio is to see her clients acheive their goals
