Business Description

I'm the "J" from PB&J! I was a practicing family law attorney for 12 years but just fulfilled my dream of opening a restaurant with my husband, who has been a Chef for the last 20 years, the last 10 of which were in fine-dining, as the Sous Chef at Bitterroot, the Henderson Resort, and Wine Bar, during the 7 years we have been together.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years ago and tried several elimination diets. I feel much better now, but many of our menu items come from items Phil cooked for me during that time. I'm passionate about using food to improve your life, health, and social connections. I try to live with the intention of bringing joy to others by making them feel welcome and accepted, and giving back to our community. The best part is, I get the unique privilege of doing it all with the love of my life. We both grew up all over the world, but have been in the Destin/Niceville/Crestview area since '92 and '97. We love it here and are excited to serve Destin!
