She founded and conducted the Nevilla Ottley Singers, World Bank IMF Choral Society, Montgomery County Symphony Orchestra, and the Takoma Park Symphony Orchestra. She has traveled with the OMS Orchestra to Trinidad, taught in the Caribbean, and led workshops in Kenya.
