Business Description

I grew up mostly in Florida and have lived in California, Missouri, the Bahamas and St. Thomas. I lived on a boat most of my life. Through the urging of friends and family I attended culinary school late in life and went to work in restaurants. I have always wanted to have my own business and a mobile food truck seemed like the perfect fit for me.
