In 2001New Athlete was established and focused on sports specific training.
2002 we added the use of the ARP wave recovery system
2004 opened our first facility (2004-2009) NE 76th St
2009 downsized to focus more on injury recovery (ARP) HWY 99
2012 moved to NE 78th st Changed direction and focus to human movement.
2014 Added Physical Therapy (Jessica Matous MPT)
2014 Opened the most state of the art training facility in PNW (11500 square feet)
2016 Became certified in FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning)
