Business Description

Shelby Spinneweber and Stan Mieloch are coowners and friends with a passion for Yoga and Wellness who longed for a yoga Studio and Fitness Center in their small and iconic town of Woodbine. Stan is the owner of Captain Stan's Smokehouse Bar and Grill. Stan longed to make yoga a regular practice for himself but struggled with finding the time with his hectic schedule and having no studio in town.

Shelby is a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway Hodnett Cooper with similiarly schedule and need for the benefits of yoga. Having moved from St Augustine FL to White Oak GA Shelby discovered the closest yoga was 40 minutes from home! Stan had been dreaming of opening up a yoga studio across the street from his restaurant for a couple years and one day he asked Shelby if she wanted to help him make his dream a reality. They purchased and renovated the property and now they can be both be found practicing yoga there regularly with the talented teachers they assembled.
