Business Description

The owners name is Tim Schilcher, he was inspired to be a fitness instructor after spending time in and out of Physical Therapy centers and Chiropractor offices during his years of playing football in grade school, high school and college. The goal of rehab was not to only heal the injury, but assess the whole body as a single unit and correct all of the over active and under active muscles that are causing the problems. Tim wanted to help others understand this philosophy and help prevent injuries before they happen. Tim is uniquely qualified because he has over 22 years experience helping athletes, people with disabilities, and everyone in-between. His certifications are from National Academy of Sports Medicine and are; Certified Personal Trainer, Performance enhancement specialist, Optimum performance training for youth, Golf fitness specialist, Corrective exercise specialist, BS. science from Gannon U, Physical Therapy Tech, Nurse asst. Two classes left for MS. Physical Therapy.
