Business Description

Hello, my name is Karen Hieskell, I am the owner, trainer, and nutrition coach of My Fitness Answer, along with my husband Steve, also trainer and nutrition coach. We have over 23 years of experience.

We are passionate about nutrition, health, and fitness.

Here at My Fitness Answer, we provide the following locations for fitness and nutrition coaching.

~ Virtual, remote training, or online training

~ Our private studio or gym

~ Locations recommended by our trainers

~ Public outdoors location

~ Also, in-home or apartment gym

We live what we teach. We have a private fitness studio in Whitehouse, Ohio. We also offer Online Personalized Fitness Training and nutritional coaching by live Zoom Fitness and Nutritional Coaching or by our app.

We educate you on proper nutrition for your body and work through habit building with calls and check-ins for accountability.
