Business Description
I began my fitness instruction career at the tender age of 17, teaching children’s dance and gymnastics. At 22, I graduated magna cum laude with a BFA in Art Education. Soon after college I fell in love with the Pilates Method and completed my mat certification in 2010, pre/post-natal certification in 2012, and comprehensive certification in 2014. Since then I have added training in analyzing gait, the core connection to the limbs, pelvic floor health, and more. I have loved studying and teaching movement for much of my life and find so much joy in helping my clients benefit from the fitness method that I love so much.
