Business Description
I have studied the life and times of John Singleton Mosby for more than a quarter century. My Confederate ancestor, Chaplain Father James M. Graves, was a Jesuit priest who served with Generals Joe Johnston and Stonewall Jackson in the Army of Virginia in 1861-62 but died of disease. I am a past commander of the Black Horse Camp, Sons of Confederate Veterans in Fauquier County, Virginia, and currently serve as vice-president of the Stuart-Mosby Historical Society as well as a member of the Fauquier Historical Society board of directors.
Now retired, my professional background was in public relations, marketing and sales, primarily with non-profit organizations. I hold an undergraduate degree in English from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky, and a Master of Science in Community Development from the University of Louisville. I am a U. S. Army veteran, received an Honorable Discharge, and live near Amissville, Virginia.
