With the help of his wife and sister-in-law, they created Monsters of HipHop in 2003. Driven by the experience of losing his brother, Alan, to Leukemia in 1990, Andy continues to work hard to make a positive impact and create meaningful opportunities for dancers and individuals throughout the world.
