Brenda received a Bachelor of Dance degree and a Masters of Interdisciplinary Studies in- Dance, Drama and Music at the University of North Texas. She taught dance there for 2 years then expanded her talents to the Dallas Theatre Center and the Performing Arts School in Garland. Wanting to enrich her vocabulary for movement, Mrs. Cornelius discovered Pilates and underwent an extensive 2 year/ 600 hr. certification program studying the nationally renowned PilateSystem® under Colleen Glenn (Peak Pilates). Brenda also learned a different and unique approach to Pilates concentrating more on proper muscle integration under the direction of Karen Sano, a highly recognized Physical Therapist and Pilates Master with Pilates Unlimited® and Balance Body®. Brenda Milner Cornelius has more than 20 years movement and teaching experience. She has established the Milner Pilates Studio in Rockwall.
