Business Description

I had been a chunky kid into adulthood. After multiple children and surgeries, I had maxed out well over 200lbs. 2003, I decided it was time to make a change. June 2004, I was down over 80lbs and 53" off my body. August 2004, I earned my personal trainers certification (NETA). The following spring, my group fitness certification (NETA). I started the fitness program at Southwest Blvd Family Health Care in 2004. It has grown into a full service Fitness Center.

2005, I became a certified CPR instructor through the American Heart Association (KU Med Ctr training site)

I fell in love with dance because of Carroll Shaw and Marta Elder. I danced amateur couples for 3 1/2 years and took a break to push hard to go professional. Yes, that's a fast jump, but I was/am motivated! I've been dancing with James Netherton for 5 years. We won are national championship November 2016. We are currently Division I dancers.
