I am Sarah Megan; teacher, artist, mother, child and lover of life. I have been fascinated with healing arts for the past 15 years. I hold a B.A in Yoga from Naropa University and a Certificate in Massage from Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Along with yoga and massage I have studied various other forms of healing arts including: dance therapy, music, energy medicine and herbalism. My biggest inspiration and teacher is the Mother Earth, she works with me and through me in all I do.
I am the founder of Medicinal Movement, which uses body presence to bring harmony and healing to the mind, body and soul. I have found body centered therapies and nature to be the most powerful catalyst for my healing and I am devoted to sharing these gifts with others. I will always be a student, but I desire to share the tools I have learned with all those who crave it.
