The owner, Pete, was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. He earned a bachelor's degree in Commercial Management from the University of Utah and still cheers on the University of Utah Swoops as well as local sports teams. After college, he dedicated himself to working alongside his father, Mike - the founder of McNeil's, for 19 years. Eventually Pete took over the business and continues McNeil's legacy as a family-owned and operated business. He continues his father's commitment to keeping McNeil's on the forefront of the auto repair industry, reflected in his own training and certification as an ASE Certified Technician and employing four additional ASE Master Technicians. His dedication to the business and his clients has awarded McNeil's with being AAA Approved, a NAPA Elite Auto Care Center, and the #1 in customer satisfaction, response time, and cleanliness out of 1,146 AAA contracted stations in the United States.
