My fitness journey started in high school at the end of my junior year. I got sick and lost 20 pounds, putting me at 100 pounds. I looked awful, so I started training so I could gain weight to join the US Navy. Through that summer and into the next year I trained as hard as I could every day. No matter what training was #1. I joined my local wreck center and took 3 Physical education classes that year. In total, I gained 30 pounds. July 2013, I left for boot camp, that's where I met the manager of ONC, Mac. Mac and I started training together in A-school. We trained every day until we were dead tired. Slowly we started putting on some size and strength. We wound up going our separate ways for our next school. But I kept on my grind. C-school in Mississippi is where I found my love for power lifting.
