Business Description

Barbara began her fitness career part time in 2006 while working full time on Wall Street. She retired from her Wall Street job in 2009 which provided her the opportunity to fully engage in her true passion; teaching Barre & Pilates and Health coaching. Barbara holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Consumer Economics from Montclair State University with a concentration in Nutrition. Barbara believes in the importance of exercise for everyone as a way of life and the key to managing one's health and well being. Barbara is certified as a Pilates Reformer instructor through Pilates Academy International. She is also a Pilates Teacher Trainer through PAI. Additionally, she is a COPE certified Health Coach, certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE), certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant (ACE), Certified Personal Trainer (NETA) and willPower & grace® instructor.
