Business Description

Jerry has had a broad involvement with community services since 2005. He was the President of the Taiwanese American Association on Long Island (TAALI) in 2008 and Vice President in 2007, and served as its Advisor the from 2008 to 2009. In January 2012, he became the Principal of the school and served until June 2013. In October 2013, he helped to incorporate the school (LILDCS) as non-for-profit organization in New York, applied and obtained the 503(c)(3) tax exempt from IRS, and served as the Treasurer since. In April 2015, he served as the Interim Principal until September 2015. He has directed and organized the annual cultural summer day-camp in 2008, 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016.
