When I think back at the time I was planning my wedding, I envisioned a place like Tara in 'Gone With the Wind', elegance mixed with southern charm and sophistication.
The challenge was that I could not find what I was looking for. I have always been a huge fan of southern plantations and the epic beauty that they portray. When I stumbled across this property that was originally called The Coker Ranch on a real estate website, I could not help but think how closely it resembled my dream wedding venue like in 'Gone With the Wind'. I purchased the property in the fall of 2018 and re branded it as Laurel Haven Estate, along with giving the property a complete face lift and exterior and interior remodeling.
I am originally from Blythewood, South Carolina, and currently live in Fort Mill, South Carolina. I am a 7th generation South Carolinian! I have 2 children, (Anders, 11, and my daughter Lauren, 9). I have been in the hospitality business for over 5 years.
