Javier graduated with a degree in Communication and Business. After college, he joined the ATP tour reaching a career high ranking of 390 with wins over Mariano Puerta, Flavio Zareta, and many others. He represented his native country, Mexico, as a member of the Davis Cup Team, 1998-2000. Javier won the team silver medal and a singles bronze medal in the 1998 "Centro-Americanos" Games. In the year 2000, Javier retired from professional tennis and transitioned into coaching. He focused on junior tennis and became the Director of two prominent Tennis Academies in Mexico. Javier coached several top Mexican ITF players in various tours where they took many titles. His players earned over 12 National Championships. He traveled all over the world with his players in ITF and Futures Tournaments. Javier is a highly motivated goal oriented person and with these qualities he has been able to succeed every step of his life. He now looks forward to produce the best tennis programs yet.
