Business Description
I made my living selling Tie Dye at Grateful Dead shows and Art Festivals for over 30 years. When the economy started to tank in about 2007, I knew I had to make a change. Plus I wanted to turn my love of yoga into an income generating activity since I was dedicating so much time to it. I lucked into a Partner Yoga/Yogassage class in my little town in WV. So I thought my path would be yoga teaching, until I found the practice of Thai Yoga Massage. And amazingly, I choose to study Ashtanga Yoga - which uses lots of hands on assists and adjusts to instruct. When you feel it, you know it. I taught group classes for about 5 years, but find the one on one practice of Thai Yoga Bodywork/Private Yoga much more effective and satisfying. Unfortunately, we have had many set backs in recent years, the worst was a fire that burnt down our almost completed new house. But we rise like a Phoenix, especially with the loving support of Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage - it is an act of compassion.
