Business Description

Sandra has been dancing since the age of 2 1/2. At the age of 3, she won her first gold medal. This was the beginning of a lucrative career in the world of dance and choreography. Sandra is proud to have been named "Miss Petite Dance USA" as well as "Miss Junior Dance USA." In addition, she was the very first recipient of the title "Miss Dance Long Island." Sandra has also studied tap with the famed Maurice and Gregory Hines. Also, she collaborated on a special percussion project called "Tap Meets Drums" with Liberty Devito, drummer for Billy Joel. Sandra has won numerous choreography awards, perfect score awards and Teacher of the Year awards. She was offered the opportunity to perform in "Crazy for You," but instead chose to pass her love of dance on to her students at KP Dance Center which opened its doors in 1987 and where she is currently owner and director.
