Like many others, I turned to yoga because of health issues after the death of a loved one.

Insomnia, headaches, mood changes, and old sports traumas had become my constant companions.

After having tried all methods available to me, gym, psychology, traditional and non-traditional medicine, it turned out that yoga remained the only method left to try to regain health and joy

of life.

As you know, the first teacher is very important. I am lucky to have met such a person, Pavel Opronenko (Ukraine), who opened this world for me. I am very grateful to him for that

Then there were seminars, workshops, teachers... Every time, I understand the idea of yoga deeper, realizing that it is a versatile system that can gently harmonize all of our body systems, restore health, joy, and the colors of life.
