Business Description

Megan and Chad are the co-owners of Kinetic Fitness and Training. They believe that being strong is central to living a fulfilling life because of not only the health benefits, but because of the confidence it instills and its usefulness in practical everyday settings.

Megan loves putting her strength to the test in Spartan races, and hopes to one day win one! At the gym, she loves seeing the look of excitement and accomplishment on her clients' faces as they achieve goals they never thought were possible!

Megan has a B.S. in Foods and Nutrition from Appalachian State University and holds an American College of Sports Medicine Personal Training Certification, as well as several other fitness certifications.

Chad G. runs marathons, lifts heavy and is our go-to for all things mobility. Chad is currently studying for an Olympic weight lifting certification and FMS certification.
