I am a native New Yorker, and after graduating from Albany State University I became a business manager for an office of health care practitioners in Greenwich Village.
When I moved to Los Angeles in the 90's I worked part time for the Music Center Education Division while raising my children. By the end of the 90's as my children became more independent I embarked on a teaching career and after 3 years received my teaching certification as a Waldorf Teacher from the Waldorf Institute located at the Northridge Waldorf school.
My first teaching job was at the first Waldorf inspired charter school in LA, Ocean Charter. From there I went on to teach other elem. grades while working on my teaching credential at Cal State LA.
I continued to teach in specialty programs culminating in an immersion homeschool where I noted the quick results that came with immersion teaching.
I now use my teaching and business experience to guide & inform me as the director and owner of Kallpachay.
