Business Description

Hi, I'm Rebecca! After college I accepted a job that didn't particularly make my heart sing...when the company decided to close it's doors I saw it as an opportunity to rewrite my story. While I was deciding what I would do for my REAL career, I decided to take an "in the meantime" job: a Personal Trainer at a women's gym. The funny part is I never really worked out in a gym or ever wanted to. I preferred to hike. BUT I loved people. And fell in love with the idea that I could encourage others to be the best version of themselves through movement. I was sold. After several years of personal training, I was training for a Mud Run & got a knee injury...my rehab? Pilates. I instantly became a believer. I fell in love. Not only was it effective but it was fun (and it made my heart sing!). I had to create a space for others who might be like me, looking for that magic. KÔR was born. Years later, I still believe. Pilates IS magic. It has carried me through 3 pregnancies, need I say more?
