Business Description

Lynne created 'just breathe studio' to give others the opportunity to experience yoga & mindful movement practices in a dedicated, healing and supportive atmosphere.

After many years of teaching group fitness, she found the answer to her maturing body's needs in yoga & pilates and shifted her education path immediately. Yoga ignited a new passion for her and provides a path of healing physically, mentally & emotionally.

She came to yoga for the physical benefits & found it had much more to offer, bringing a new sense of direction, clarity an inner peace.

Lynne holds certifications: RYT500, ERYT-200, Peak Pilates Comprehensive (520 hour certification), ACE Personal Trainer & Life Management Coach, PTA Global Advanced Personal Trainer. & Myofascial Release Techniques. Aromatherapist 200 hrs & will have completed her Masters in Digestion, Ayurvedic 500 hour course which focuses on healing the body with food.
