Benji grew up with a love of the outdoors and specifically fishing. Especially chasing trout in the many rivers and streams near his home in Eastern Oregon. Eventually moving from spin fishing, to fly fishing he only found his passion for the sport increasing, and eventually began tying his own flies soon after picking up a fly rod.
