For many years, I lived a sedentary life that was plagued with bad habits and poor choices. It wasn't until a paradigm shift happened in my life that I made the decision to incorporate a tremendous change. I decided to make exercise and meditation part of my daily routine. With this newfound passion, I pursued a degree in physical health education. I have now been personal training and coaching for well over a year. It's endearing to me to see an individual progress and become an empowered and better version of themselves, especially when it was my guidance and knowledge that helped them to achieve their success. I found a passion within myself that I wasn't even aware had existed. I pursued that passion and made it into a reality. Now, I help others find that passion and drive within themselves. I provide guidance for them to achieve a better version of themselves through hard work, perseverance, and determination. Remember, nothing worth having in life is easily obtained!
