Business Description

Jen grew up in Green Bay, WI and started dancing at the age of 4. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a BA in Dance. Jen danced professionally throughout her 20's living around the country.

After retiring from dance she discovered a new passion, Yoga, in which she became an RYT while living in Miami, FL. In 2011, Jen moved back to Wisconsin and started her business Jenstar Yoga & Dance (Jenstar Movement Studio). Jen uses her Barre + Yoga classes to inspire clients to enjoy self-care, take chances, and "play big" in life- life is too short to sit on the sidelines. When she's not on the mat, you can ususally find her enjoying time with her husband and fur babies, eating some good eats, or traveling.

Jen has been featured in numerous publications, and is known for her work in the community, having raised over $50,000 for local causes. She is also passionate about teaching yoga to at-risk youth and gives her time to lead classes at a local school.
