Business Description
Since my early 20's I have searched the world for healing modalities that actually work. Having lived with severe miagraines since the age of 3, I was very motivated to find anything that worked to help alleviate the pain for me and for others. I studied yoga, energy work, nutrition, movement, dance, art, psychology, philosophy, teaching and learning, emotional release, behavior change and more.
I have worked as a foster care caseworker, a special education teacher, movement teacher, learning behavior therapist, and a Craniosacral and massage therapist. I have combined everything that I have learned in my 45 years to come up with a plan that works for each individual client. I love finding what works best for each person, and helping them continue to expand into a life without chronic pain and illness.
I love what I do and am very passionate about helping people come to terms with there pain and live the life of their dreams.
