Don DeCaprio is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Certified Football Preparation Specialist (CPPS), and a member of the National High School Strength Coaches Association. He's been a local youth sports coach and has been involved in strength and conditioning for almost 40 years now. He started strength training for football going into his freshman year of high school.
