Business Description
Mere has danced for most of her life. During college, she dislocated her kneecap at a dance audition. While tending to her injury and bruised ego, she found yoga and fell in love. Mere received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in 2014 and began teaching.
After moving to Lake Tahoe, she found aerial arts as a way to build strength and flexibility while flying in the air. She received her Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification in 2017, and Aerial Silks Teacher Certification in 2019.
In 2017, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Corrective Exercise. In May of 2021, Mere competed in her first body building competition, placing 3rd in Bikini Novice and 5th in Bikini Open! She trained for a year and a half, through a global pandemic and personal loss. She learned that having a goal can help you get through life's hardships. She strives to share what she has learned on her journey to help others be strong, avoid injury, and creatively express themselves.
