Business Description
I've been very obese, disgusted with myself with no self-esteem and hating who I was. I became anorexic at my lowest point and could barely eat anything. I realized I could not keep going this way and dedicated myself to figuring out how to get and stay healthy for life. This took me many years of painful trail and error. At some point I figured out my passion was to not just get myself in shape, but to help others. The journey can be so difficult, I knew there was a huge need and I had to try and make a difference. Since that day well over 20 years ago, I have always pushed to learn, do and teach. Everyday. No matter how much I've learned, my goal is to stay humble, stay true to my purpose. I'm not perfect and I never expect any of my clients to be, but I will always work toward better, each and every day. I am constantly researching, taking workshops, following the best in the world and finding innovative ways to deliver results. This is my true purpose.
