Business Description

I grew up in the small village of Littlewick Green, Berkshire, England. At age 6 I would go and work at the local bakery where I would "stoke" the bakery oven and gradually learn about doughs and baking. In later life I was lucky to meet and marry Stephanie, a pastry chef and restauranteur. We married in England but finally moved back to Stephanie's home town of Brownsville California. We wanted to find an activity that would keep us busy when we retired and then we stumbled upon my Great Grandmother's old recipes! So the story begins and we'll take it where it leads us!
