Karen had personally been exposed to the auto repair/maintenance customer experience over the years and had never been too impressed. Dealers had clean waiting areas but never seemed to be able to explain vehicle issues very well and certainly, don't ask them to take you out to your car and show you exactly what they are talking about! Independent repair facilities were better at explaining issues but demeanor and cleanliness were definitely second thoughts. Surely, someone could pull together the proper customer experience.

And that has been the vision since Honest-1 Auto Care Aurora opened in 2015. Our focus is on customer education, quality services, and honest advice regarding the best next steps for our customer's vehicle - in a clean, family friendly, and pleasant environment.

Karen states that many shops are owned by people who love working on cars - and our techs at Honest-1 do! Our real difference is Karen likes the cars but really loves the customer!
