Sports and fitness have always been an integral part of my life. Growing up, I was a multi-sport athlete and always welcomed the opportunity to compete. That competitive nature never faded as I continued to play football through high school and even in college. Along the way I found a real passion, not only for athletics and fitness, but for the human body and the mechanisms that drive it. While pursuing my degree in Exercise Science, I was extremely lucky to be able to shadow and learn from the best physical therapists and strength and conditioning coaches around. These experiences helped sharpen and deepen my understanding of biomechanics and proper exercise programing, as well as solidify my career path.

Now I aim to help others achieve their athletic and fitness goals. By utilizing and sharing my education and experience, I strive to put people in the best possible position to be successful. My main motive for getting into this line of work was to help people and I cannot imagine
