Most people know me as a healthy lifestyle strategist with more than 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and a lifetime of learning as an athlete.

But a few years ago I felt stuck and exhausted. I was juggling a million balls and felt frustrated and disappointed.

I cut calories, eliminated whole food groups, and exercised even harder - but nothing changed.

So stopped trying to fight my body and instead worked with it. Now I love my body, stress is a non-issue, I’m well-rested and have plenty of energy.
