Business Description

A life-long athlete, having played football and hockey, working out took hold of him at an early age. At 56 and now a competitive bodybuilder, he trains every day. Upon graduating from college, he dream was to open his own gym. While this did not work out at that time, the dream never left. Now some 30 years later, his dream has come full circle with the ownership of GYMGUYZ - Grand Rapids. An entreprenuer at heart, John is also involved in local sports as the hitting and strength/conditioning coach for the local high school baseball team. John is taking his passion for training along with his "failure is not an option" motto and offering the same support for his GYMGUYZ clients, ensuring that they are achieving optimum results and reaching their fitness goals
