As the owner of GYMGUYZ Greater Morris County, I have a very personal story about in-home personal training. It was a life-altering, and frankly, life-saving service for me. As a busy marketing executive, I tried everything to reverse the downward slide in my health. I finally realized that the only way to lose the weight and get back into shape was to have a professional trainer come to my home 3 times a week. Only this level of time-saving convenience, and the accountability of a trainer who came to my home to make sure that the workouts happened despite my schedule, would end up doing the trick for me. Best of all, the workouts were amazing, varied, and so productive and inspiring for me. I intentionally purchased a very large initial training package, guaranteeing that I would finally get fit.
