Business Description

I'm Alex Flores, Part-Time Nerd and Full-Time Guitar Instructor! I am not a rockstar, but I am a professional Guitar Teacher.

In my 10+ years working full-time in music education I've Directed Concert Bands, Jazz Ensembles, Pep Bands, and Worship Teams.

I've played for Festivals, Fairs, Parades, Battle of the Bands, Musicals, Church, Band Bonanza Bashes, Pep Rallies, Recitals and Fundraisers.

I've taught drums, bass, flute, clarinet, percussion, saxophone, brass (trumpet, trombone, etc.) but none of it meant anything if I couldn't teach guitar!

I'm not just saying that. It sounds crazy but I have walked away from GOOD JOBS - where my presence was highly valued and appreciated - all because each of these jobs had one thing in common: They came between me and my guitar

It took me a long time to realize it, but teaching guitar is and has always been my true calling in life.
